IT'S A MAD CHAT

Over the past four months, It’s a Mad World has been a group devised project over zoom where together we responded to some of the common reactions to sharing what it’s like to live with a mental health challenge or to care for and love someone else with a mental health challenge.

Going from complete strangers to friends, the Mad World process was about vulnerability, courage, laughter and connection.

Here is an eight minute excerpt from over twenty hours of conversation between eight individuals who all shared a passion to bravely and openly destigmatise one of the most stigmatised subjects on the planet.
